2. Introduction
This course was designed to help you recognize and embody the principles of Service-Network Leadership. Our mission is to help you become the best person that you can be. To do so, we will focus on enhancing your Competence, Character, and Care. These are the '3-Cs' that help you attract others toward you and reach for a shared vision.

3. A Holistic Journey
In this module, we cover how to strengthen your personal brand. You will identify and enhance your strengths, address your weaknesses, and review your personal brand holistically as a whole human being.

4. The First C - Competence
Your Competence refers to your skills, abilities and talents that help you develop throughout your life. Competence is what others see and expect from you, especially in service situations. Competence alone is not enough to create a strong personal brand or what really matters between people in a service moment.

5. The Second C - Character
This is the most important side of your Service-Network Leadership. This determines how trustworthy and ethical you are, and ultimately defines how much people will want to work with you. Given the choice, people may choose to be with others of different Competence, but they will not want to work with someone they don't trust.

This helps you connect with the deeper needs of others and assist them in fulfilling those needs. Care is based on the principle that people value your knowledge and expertise only if they feel you put their worries, needs and concerns into consideration.
